ISLAMIC, Umayyad Caliphate. Uncertain period (pre-reform), AH 41-77 / AD 661-697. Pashiz (Bronze, 18 mm, 1.11 g), without mint and date. Draped bust resembling Khosrau II to right, wearing elaborate mural crown; to left and right, legend in Pahlawi. Rev. Legent in Pahlawi in four lines with the words ShNT and LWBAK ('current' in Pahlawi) readable. Album 49X. Apparently unpublished save for its previous auction appearance. Some corrosion spots, otherwise, good fine.
